Dom joined Lindenwood University from Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, where he served as senior vice president for business affairs and CFO. His experience includes additional roles with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education where he was an assistant vice president, chief procurement officer, and financial analyst.

Dom holds an MBA from Butler University, a bachelor成人视频檚 degree from Indiana University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. In addition, Dom is involved with DECA Inc., as a volunteer judge and a council member on the Governor成人视频檚 Council for People with Disabilities.

Jason Coomer

Jason comes to Lindenwood after spending 14 years at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, including the last six years as the Deputy Athletic Director. Prior to his most recent role, he served as Senior Associate Athletic Director from 2012-16. In addition to his administrative duties, Jason was the head coach of the tennis program from 2010-16. Jason成人视频檚 passion for athletics began as a student-athlete, extended as a coach, and continues through his tenure in administration.

Dr. Aggie Hanni

Dr. Hanni comes to Lindenwood from North Central College, where she served as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing, leading the implementation of a new CRM and contributing to an impressive increase in admission. Prior to North Central College, Hanni worked in enrollment at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and National Louis University.  A first-generation college student, Hanni immigrated to the United States at 17, and leans on her personal experiences to inform her work in supporting student access and providing valuable resources.

Hanni holds an EdS in Higher Education Leadership, a PhD in Community Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from National Louis University. She earned a bachelor成人视频檚 degree in psychology from Elmhurst University.

Diane Moore, EdD

Dr. Diane Moore is the senior vice president for operations and has been in her role since September of 2017. Dr. Moore oversees all campus operations including development and implementation of the procurement process, oversight of Public Safety, Facilities, Housekeeping and Grounds Departments in addition to mailroom, vending and food services. Prior to her current role, she had been assistant vice president for facilities. Dr. Moore has more than 20 years of dedicated experience in financial and facilities management in educational and government institutions. She was assistant superintendent and COO of Webster Groves School District as well as an adjunct instructor at Southwest Baptist University and Lindenwood University. She was an account executive at SMART, Inc., a role in which she consulted with school districts and hospitals to design and implement healthcare programs. While at SMART, INC., Dr. Moore developed fiscal studies and revenue projections for school districts to implement state and federal Medicaid programs. In addition to those roles, Moore worked in the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as the director of desegregation services and, later, assistant to the commissioner of education. She was also a legislative analyst in the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Dr. Amanda Price

Dr. Price has served Lindenwood in increasingly progressive roles since 2008, most recently as Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Over her career in human resources at Lindenwood, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the human resources function into a comprehensive, high-performing division aligned with the University成人视频檚 strategic priorities. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening HR operations, enhancing the employee experience, and advancing major institutional initiatives.

Dr. Price holds an Ed.D, an MBA, and a bachelor成人视频檚 in business administration, all from Lindenwood University. Her dissertation focused on organizational culture within higher education, further underscoring her long-standing commitment to creating an environment where employees can thrive.

Dr. Cynthia Schroeder

Dr. Schroeder has been with Lindenwood University since 2010, serving as the Dean of the College of Science, Technology and Health since 2014.

Cynthia holds a Ph.D. in exercise physiology from the University of Kansas, a master’s in exercise physiology from Northeastern Illinois University, and a bachelor’s in athletic training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Mindy Spencer

Mindy joined Lindenwood from Eastern Illinois University, where she served as Vice President for University Advancement. Prior to EIU, she was the Senior Director and Chief Advancement Officer at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Throughout her career, Spencer has built and led high-performing teams, managed data-driven projects, and expanded strategic advancement initiatives.

Mindy completed her education at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she earned an MBA and a bachelor成人视频檚 degree in environmental economics.

Dr. Rooji Sugathan

Dr. Sugathan joined Lindenwood in January of 2025. He brings previous experience as Assistant Vice Chancellor-Data Management and Analytics at Washington University in St. Louis and industry leadership with Educause as the chair of the Higher Education Chief Data Officers group. Dr. Sugathan earned a bachelor成人视频檚 and master成人视频檚 degree from Loyola College, University of Madras, India, an MBA from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a PhD from University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Dr. Aaron Voyles

Dr. Voyles joined Lindenwood after spending more than a decade in progressive roles at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was most recently the Associate Dean of Students. He previously worked in student involvement, residential experience, and student learning and development. Prior to Texas, he worked at Appalachian State University and Sarah Lawrence College in residential life.

Aaron holds an EdD in Educational Leadership and an EdS in Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University, an MFA in Writing from Sarah Lawrence University, and a BFA in Creative Writing from University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Nathan Watson
Vice President, Enrollment Services

Nathan Watson serves as Vice President for Enrollment Services, providing strategic leadership across admissions, financial aid, student accounts, advising, enrollment communications, and strategic partnerships. He brings more than 15 years of experience in education, with expertise in enrollment strategy, student success, team leadership, and operational performance across traditional, online, transfer, and adult learner populations. He has been with Lindenwood since 2022.

Throughout his career, Nathan has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened enrollment pipelines, improved conversion and persistence outcomes, and advanced data-informed strategies that support the full student lifecycle from inquiry through graduation. His work has included scaling online enrollment, developing proactive student support models, expanding corporate and community partnerships, and improving cross-functional collaboration across enrollment, advising, and financial services.

Nathan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management and holds an MBA, a master成人视频檚 degree in theological studies, and undergraduate studies in biblical studies. His work seeks to connect innovation theories, including disruptive innovation theory, with practical higher education strategy.
