The College of Arts and Humanities welcomes several new faculty members across disciplines for the 2022-23 academic year.

Senior Professor of Cinema Arts Ben Scholle recently released his feature documentary, The Worst Crime, through the film distributor, Cinedigm.

Eight Lindenwood University Band members were selected to perform in the St. Louis Wind Symphony Youth Ensemble this past March.

For the third consecutive year, Lindenwood University has been recognized for its honorable commitment to helping undergraduate students learn, grow, and succeed by Colleges of Distinction, a unique guide for college-bound students. Lindenwood has been named a 2022-2023 College of Distinction and a Missouri College of Distinction.

Lindenwood University will host its spring commencement ceremonies Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7 at Lindenwood University in the Hyland Performance Arena.

A culminating event of the 2021-22 academic year, Lindenwood University成人视频檚 Student Academic Showcase displayed research and creative works from more than 60 students. Spanning all academic colleges and a variety of disciplines, students presented original research, led creative talks, and discussed exploratory projects with faculty, staff, and fellow students.

Lindenwood University, led by the College of Arts and Humanities, has positioned itself as a hub for immersive reality research and innovation. Immersive realities, including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Virtuality (AV), and Mixed Reality (MxR), have been used in education since the 1990s but have only recently become broadly viable as a consumer technology since the release of the Oculus Quest 2 in 2020. Rather than remaining limited to the realm of pure entertainment in video games, developers have increasingly focused on the potential of educational VR experiences.
