Directory Headshots
Employees can update their website faculty and staff directory head shot image at any time via Workday.
Images must meet the requirements detailed below. Employees can pass along an image for us to optimize if needed.
Optimized Image Specifications
- File Type 成人视频� .jpg (Required)
- Dimensions 成人视频� 300 x 400 pixels (Preferred)
- File Size 成人视频� Less than 1MB (Required)
Workday Photo Update Instructions
- Enter 成人视频渃hange my photo成人视频� in the search bar
- Select the 成人视频淐hange My Photo成人视频� Task
- Drop File in the upload area or use the 成人视频淪elect Files成人视频� to choose the desired image from your computer.
- Click 成人视频淪ubmit成人视频�
- Once updated there, the image will be queued for HR to approve.
- Once approved by HR, the website faculty/staff directory will update with the new image automatically during the next daily data sync.
- Note 成人视频� If the image is > 1 MB and not a .jpg image, it will not sync to the web server.
