Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (成人视频淭itle IX成人视频), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, and provides as follows.
No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
Lindenwood University is committed to maintaining an environment that is free from sexual discrimination, sexual and gender-based harassment and violence, relationship violence, stalking and retaliation. The university does not discriminate on the basis of sex in matters of education, extracurricular activities, programs, athletics, admissions, housing, services, financial aid, or in the context of employment (collectively, the 成人视频減rograms and employment成人视频). Sexual harassment that denies or limits a person成人视频檚 ability to participate in or benefit from the university成人视频檚 programs and employment is a form of prohibited discrimination.
Policy Purposes
Consistent with the University成人视频檚 Non-Discrimination Notice and the U.S. Department of Education成人视频檚 implementing regulations for Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (成人视频淭itle IX成人视频) (see 34 C.F.R. 搂 106 et seq.), the University prohibits Sexual Harassment that occurs within its education programs or activities.
For purposes of this policy, Sexual Harassment includes quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
This policy prohibits Sexual Harassment meeting specific definitions according to the Title IX regulations. The University also prohibits other sexual misconduct, not falling under specific Title IX regulatory definitions. Such conduct may include quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking that occurs outside of the university成人视频檚 education programs or activities or outside the United States; or unwelcome conduct that does not rise to the level of hostile environment sexual harassment, as defined in this Policy, but is otherwise prohibited by the University. The term 成人视频渟exual misconduct成人视频 is used throughout this policy as a term to refer to such conduct that may be prohibited by the University and addressed through other University procedures.

Reporting & Contacts
The university encourages all university members to promptly report all incidents of Sexual Harassment as soon as possible in order to maximize the university成人视频檚 ability to respond promptly and effectively. The university does not, however, limit the time frame for reporting.
