Equity Report Form

Please complete and submit this Equity Report Form to initiate the institution成人视频檚 response processes into alleged violations of the Lindenwood University成人视频檚 Student Nondiscrimination, Non-harassment and Nonretaliation Policy (NON-TITLE IX).

Lindenwood prohibits unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, and any other status protected by local, state or federal law.
